The Cap. America movie is one of my favorite Marvel comic movies besides the Iron Man & Thor movies. Recently, I've read several postings in a forum on one website that several people thought both Captain America & Thor were really bad, but I thought they did a good job with both movies. At least, both movies were not as bad as X-Men: The Last Stand. I can't wait for the Avengers movie too. I just pick up a copy of the Captain America Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack yesterday.
i loved cap and thor, i thought they were on par with the first iron man. i think i liked cap and iron man a lil better than thor, though i liked thor alot. thor i think suffered from forcing in too much love story, much like the hellboy movies. iron man and cap handled it subtly to where its there but not a huge part of the story. i was never a big fan of the x-men movies, until first class, i thought that was done wonderfully. i have alot more hope for the future of x-men movies after seeing first class.
Yeah, I think that was the problem some people had with Thor. Other than that, I loved the special effects for Asgard & the Bifrost Bridge in Thor. I think I watched the 1st Hellboy movie & didn't care for it. I agree with you than Cap. America & Thor being on par with the 1st Iron Man movie. People don't need to be so critical about comic book movies so much. Some comic book movies like Iron Man, Dark Knight, Thor, and Cap. America are really good & others like Green Lantern are really bad. X-Men: First Class was done wonderfully. The actors playing Prof. X & Magneto did a great job. The main thing that bugged me about First Class is that Prof. X & Magneto created Cerebro and the X-Jet.
